Chamberlin Design, a Chamberlin Enterprises company ("we," "us," or "our"), operates chamberlin.design. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and the only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company (if you provide it), and your message. It is delivered to us by email so we can respond. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and carry on the conversation you started. We do not sell or share it.

If you become a client, project documents such as proposals, agreements, and invoices are shared with you through private links that are not indexed by search engines.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, for security and to keep the site running reliably. The site does not use advertising trackers.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of services to operate the site: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery for the contact form). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Data retention

Contact messages live in our email inbox and are kept for as long as the conversation is useful. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email david@chamberlinenterprises.com and we will take care of it promptly.

Links to other sites

This site links to client websites we have built. Each of those sites has its own privacy practices; this policy covers chamberlin.design only.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
