Event and association websites
For associations, event companies and industry groups with years of video, events and members to organize. One platform your own team runs, instead of a page that sends everyone somewhere else.

Short answer
An association or event website should give members one home for events, video and news, and let your own team publish without a developer. Fixed Ops Roundtable went from a single page that linked out to Eventbrite to a platform with a 24/7 channel, more than 1,700 videos, event pages and free member accounts. It went from signed to live in 21 days, ten days before their biggest event of the year.
The question
Where do members find everything? Seven years of events and video lived on other sites.
The answer
One platform: a 24/7 channel, a video library, events, news and member accounts.
The result
Live September 11, ten days before the biggest event of the year. Ted’s team runs it themselves.
One home for everything.
Everything here is running on the live Fixed Ops Roundtable platform.
An events hub
Every event with its agenda and details, plus your lead event featured at the top.
A video library that stays current
On-demand video with search and rows by series, synced with YouTube every hour, plus a 24/7 live channel.
Member accounts
Free member sign-up built into the site, so members have one account for everything you publish. Paid tiers can be added.
A newsroom
News and announcements with a trending list, published by your team.
An admin with roles
Your staff publish events, video and news themselves, each with the right level of access.

From the builder
Fixed Ops Roundtable had seven years of events and video, and a website that was one page sending people to Eventbrite. The deadline was Back to School Week on September 21. The platform went live on September 11, and now Ted's team publishes events, video and news on their own. That last part is the point. A platform your team can run beats one that needs a developer for every update.
